Payment: If paying by credit card, your cabin payment will be processed by using an online PayPal invoice. Checks and money orders are also accepted.
Rates:
Add 12% tax and $300 security deposit to all rates for all cabins listed.
Rates subject to change without notice.
Extra Person Fees:
Rates are for 1 –4 people.
For groups larger than 4 people there is a $10 - $20 per person per night fee for each cabin. Weekly rates are determined by group size and season.
Peak Season:
All holidays and weekends etc that those holidays are in.
Memorial Day weekend thru Labor Day weekend.
Apple Festival weekends (the first 2 full weekends in October)
Fall color weeks
All other dates are considered non peak season.
Some cabins may require a weekly rental for certain holidays and summer weeks.
Supplies:
All cabins are fully stocked with dishes, cookware, utensils etc. Linens, towels and a starter supply of toilet paper, paper towel, dish, laundry & hand soaps & trash bags.
Be sure to bring enough of these items to last for your entire visit including all spices and cooking oil, etc.
Please bring your own firewood if the cabin you select has wood burning fireplace or an outdoor fire pit. Bring charcoal if the cabin you select has a charcoal grill.
You may want to bring beach towels and pool shoes for the use of the hot tub.
Safety:
Please be sure to dry off completely before entering the cabin after hot tub use.
Directions & Codes:
Directions & Codes will be emailed to you the week of your check in. Please bring a flashlight to see the digits on the lock box if arriving after dark.
In & Out times:
Check in time is 4 PM ;
Check out time is 11 AM
Must have someone 25 years old or older on rental agreement and at cabin.
